Staying quiet doesn’t mean I have nothing to say. It means I don’t think you are ready to hear my thoughts.

I’m flawed. I’m not the happiest person. I’m imperfect. I’ve challenges. No judgements, just a compassionate ear.

No one is you and that is your power.

If you experience a negative emotion such as fear, hurt, anxiety, it is because you did not make a correct judgment of the situation.

No medicine was able to heal my pain. But a conversation with my best friend did.
