Minimalism, log samajhte hain ki yeh kuch aisi cheez hai jo log karte hain, jaise koi kaam ya job karta hai, ussi tarah. Balke yeh more or less a way of life hai, zindagi jeene ka tareeka hai minimalism. Aisi kuch aadatein hain jo aapko ek simple, ek less cluttered aur happy life jeene mein bahut help karti hain.

Shuru mein jab aap minimalist life jeena shuru karte hain to bahut awkward, bahut ajeeb sa feel hota hai. But slowly jab aap isko apni life mein apna lete ho to yeh bahut easy lagne lagta hai. Bas thoda time lagta hai aisa hone mein aur aapko himmat banaye rakhna hai ke yes mai aisa kar sakta hu aur ek simple aur happy life bana sakta hu.

Minimalist life jeene ka koi ek tareeka nahin hota. Aapko youtube pe bahut saare videos mil jaayeinge jo aapko yeh bataeinge ki aise jeeyo ya waise jeeyo. But actual mein koi rules nahin hain simple living ke. Aap apna khud ka lifestyle bana sakte ho minimalism aur apni personality ko dhayan mein rakh ke.

1. Declutter – Yeh sab se pehla step hona chahiye har kisi ki life mein. Hum log zarurat se zyada cheezein rakhte hain ghar mein. Humein kuch ko yeh baat acche se pata bhi hoti hai lekin phir bhi hum uske baare mein nahin sochte.

For example aap apne wardrobe ko hi dekhlo. Itne saare kapde, naye ya purane. Hum 10 mein se at least 3 cheezein kabhi nahin pehante lekin phir bhi hum unhe aise sambhal ke rakhte hain jaise woh gold jewellery ho.

Issi tarah se kitchen utensils ko dekhlo. Itne saare bartan jo purane ho chuke hain aur jo bahut rarely ya bilkul nahin use hote, lekin hum phir bhi unhe ghar mein hi rakhte hain.

To in sab cheezon ko mai yeh nahin kehta ki fenkdo. Balke aap inhe donate kar sakte ho ya agar aisa nahin karna chahte to raddi waale bechdo. Kum se kum yeh recycle hi ho jaayeingi.

Decluttering karna ek ongoing process hai. Aisa nahin hai ke ek baar kar diya aur chutti. Yeh step to life long chalta hai.

2. Mindful purchases – Mujhe, aapko, hum sab ko shopping karna sab se zyada pasand hai. Nayi cheezein kise achi nahin lagti. Yeh to malls hain unka main maksad hi yehi hota hai ki koi customer aaye aur bas purchasing karta jaaye.

But aapko life simple rakhne ke liye sirf wohi cheezein khareedni chahiye jo aap ko actual mein required hon. Bina wajah jo cheez aap ko achi lage, jo aap ko pata hai ke aap ne 1-2 baar se zyada kabhi use nahin karni, to aisi cheezon ko purchase karne se kya faida. Bewajah clutter badhega aapke ghar pe aur paise bhi barbaad honge.

Shopping se happiness milti hai yeh baat sahi hai, lekin yeh bhi yaad rakho ki happiness is never permanent and never lasts long. Yeh shopping waali happiness sirf next time tak ke liye hi hai jab tak aapko koi aur cheez achi nahin lag jaati.

3. Cleanliness – Yeh to ek basic si baat hai ke aapko apne surroundings to clean rakhna chahiye. Iska matlab sirf yeh nahin ke gandh yahan wahan fenka. Mera kehna ka matlab hai ke apna ghar, apna room, apna office, har jagah place ko clear aur clean rakho.

Agar room mein chair hai to uske kapdon ka dher bana ke na rakho. Iss dher ko dekh dekh ke aap ka khud ka mind hi upset hoga aur aap apneaap ko fresh nahin mehsus karoge. Ek clear breathing space har insaan ki zarurat hai.

4. Clean when you go – Hum log aksar kya karte hain ki jab bhi kahin ghar se bahar jaate hain to ghar mein sab samaan yahan wahan, packing ke time, rakh jaate hain. Phir hum chuttiyon ke liye ya office etc chale jaate hain.

Jo cheez hum realise nahin karte ki laut ke to wapis aana hai aur yehi gandagi dekh ke mann apna hi dukhi hoga. To kyon na jaane se pehle hi sab saaf safai kar ke jaaya jaaye taaki wapis aane pe sab clear aur beautiful mile. Is se ek ajeeb si happiness milegi aapko. Think about it seriously.

5. Create your own system – Mahina shuru hota hai aur khatam hota hai. Kai baar hum bills etc pay karna bhi bhool jaate hain. Kabhi kabhi important papers bhi gum jaate hain ya hum saath leke jana bhool jaate hain. To in sab cheezon se bachne ke liye humein apna khud ka ek system taiyaar karna chahiye. 7. Clear the digital clutter – use google drive, delete things which are not needed.

8. Do not fill empty spaces without any reason – Hum sabhi ki ek aadat hoti hai ke bewajah hum cheezein khareedte rehte hain and phir unn cheezon ko hum apne ghar pe literally idhar udhar jagah full karne ke liye ya to rakh dete hain ya phir wall pe hang kar dete hain. This should stop as it looks messy.

Hum yahan ki cheez wahan aur apni convenience ki hisaab se sab cheezein bhi rakhte hain like apne desk pe. Jo jagah khaali aur clean ho sakti hai woh bhar jaati hai.

9. Learn to say no – yeh ek bahut zaruri cheez hai life mein. aksar hum bina soche samjhe ya phir pyar mohabbat mein padh ke YES bol dete hain uss kaam ke liye jisse karne mein hamara bilkul bhi mann nahin hota.

Iss tarah ki aadat ko humein dur karna chahiye, ya kahun to khatam karna chahiye. jaise amitabh bacchan ne ek film pink mein kaha tha na, no matlab no. ussi tarah.
