As we all know that we should wash our hands properly for at least 20 seconds and if possible then every hour. Director-General of the World Health Organization, Mr Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, nominated Deepika Padukone for the Safe Hands Challenge.
This trend of challenges is nothing new. Earlier it was done ‘just for fun’ but now due to the huge problem ie. coronavirus, this trend has been started as a good cause and something to inspire the public all over the globe.
So ‘Deepu’ created a small video and shared it on her Twitter account in which she can be seen washing her hands in the proper manner as instructed by WHO. She can also be seen wearing a face mask. She shows the handwashing technique in the video.
As the video ends she can be seen winking towards the camera, and then she wipes her hands dry with her towel.
Thank You @DrTedros, for nominating me for the #SafeHands Challenge!#COVID19 surely is an uphill health and public safety task, but all of us are in this fight together!I further nominate @rogerfederer,@Cristiano and @imVkohli to take up this challenge! #coronavirus #StaySafe https://t.co/45glSxXkqP pic.twitter.com/7s7R4pIrrL
